Michael Odewale is an award-winning stand-up comedian and writer known for his sharp, distinct, and unfiltered comic style. His debut solo show, #BlackBearsMatter, earned a Best Newcomer nomination at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, and he recently won Best Headliner at the 2025 Chortle Awards.

His extensive television credits include Live at the Apollo, Mock the Week, and Friday Night Live. An acclaimed writer, he has contributed to Netflix's Death to 2020, BBC's Dreaming Whilst Black, and Cunk on Earth, the latter of which earned him an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special.
